DE LA GHETTO
My journey with De La Ghetto started with Jala Gatillo, shot deep in the Puerto Rican caseríos. It was raw, minimalistic, and heavy HDR colored frame by frame in Photoshop at a time when nobody was doing that. That video set off a whole wave in Latin urban visuals, with artists trying to copy the look but never catching the secret sauce.
After the success of Jala Gatillo, we linked up again in New York for Háblame de Ticket. This time the challenge was different: give De La Ghetto a brand-new visual identity in the Latin urban scene. We stripped away the noise, leaned into style and confidence, and delivered a piece that elevated his image to another level.
Both projects proved that you didn’t need big budgets or massive crews to shift culture you just needed vision, trust, and fearlessness. Together, we carved a lane that influenced how Latin urban music videos looked for years to come.
