Popote: Killa’s View Docuseries From the Bronx, For the Bronx
Popote: Killa’s View Docuseries is a Bronx Dominican Puerto Rican story told con sazón. It is raw, real, and finally in our own voice. Every scene, every word, and every truth comes straight from the block that raised us.
A Story Born From the Bronx
This project didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the Bronx in conversations on corners, in the noise, in the beauty, and in the struggle that made us who we are.
For years, outsiders have told our stories through their own lens. However, this time it is different. We are telling it for ourselves. Popote: Killa’s View Docuseries shows the Bronx through the people who lived it and through the ones who built something out of nothing.
The Bronx Built Me
For too long, we have been labeled and misunderstood. Still, the Bronx has always been a place of rhythm, resilience, and rebirth.
Because of that spirit, Popote: Killa’s View Docuseries became more than a show it became a statement. This story honors those who came before us, the ones who fell, and the ones still trying to make it out alive.
It reminds the world that we are not the villains they made us out to be. We are the visionaries they tried to silence.
Our Stories Deserve the Mic
The Bronx is not just a backdrop. It’s the main character. Every scene feels alive the rhythm, the pain, and the joy of the people who never stopped fighting.
Even so, the Dominican and Puerto Rican roots that built this city run deep through every episode. Meanwhile, this story goes beyond one neighborhood or one generation. It is about what happens when culture meets struggle and turns into power.
Episode 1: RIP Junior
The first episode, “RIP Junior,” hits different. It’s a story that shook our community and forced us to face the pain we carry. This tragedy will never be used for clout or gain. Instead, it stands as a moment of reflection one that represents the weight of every lost life and every broken system.
This episode honors the Bronx, the culture, and the truth. Nothing more, nothing less.

The Movement Lives On
Popote: Killa’s View Docuseries is not just about the Bronx it’s about the world watching the Bronx finally tell its own story.
Every shot, every voice, and every frame represents a movement that refuses to die. Because when you come from struggle, storytelling becomes resistance.
